Shipping policy

Shipping
All shipments are sent with DHL Express Delivery for a fixed charge of 10 EUR (99 NOK).  You will be notified via a Text message (SMS) when your order is being handled. You can manage your delivery easily on your mobile and choose the products to be delivered at your home, work place, a different address, delayed etc. All to make it as convenient as possible for you.

Dispatch of your order / Delivery
Orders will be send as soon as possible and always within two business days. Usually the same if order is placed before 1 PM. Shipment to all countries cost 10 EUR (99 NOK)

If you have not received any notification that your shipment has arrived after 5 days outside Norway, please contact us per e-mail: hilde@whitestory.no.
